LCF Fun Languages offers casual teaching positions to enthusiastic, native and near-native speakers of French, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, German and ESL. If you are passionate about languages with proven experience with children, you may wish to consider becoming an LCF registered teacher.

What does it take to become an LCF Teacher?

LCF Clubs has created a network of talented and dedicated language enthusiasts who love teaching with the LCF Methodology!

We are looking for the best teachers to deliver our growing number of Fun Language Clubs throughout Australia and New Zealand.

What we look for:

  • Native or near-native speakers of French, Spanish, Italian, German or Mandarin Chinese.
  • Experience in teaching preferred
  • Proven experience with young children a “must”
  • High energy
  • Great communicator
  • Passionate about your language and culture!

Does LCF provide ongoing training?

One of the great things about joining LCF Clubs is that you become part of a network of like-minded people who are passionate about giving children the opportunity to learn a second language.  Teachers and Club Managers meet regularly for formal and informal workshops to exchange ideas and improve their teaching and business skills. It really is a fun and rewarding business!

LCF Fun languages provides an ongoing teacher training program on different topics at regular intervals throughout the year.  There is a small charge for teachers new to LCF.  All training is provided free of charge to LCF Franchisees.

How do I know there is a market?

Our franchisees are experiencing a great response to the marketing of French, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, German, English and our JazzMataz Music program.

LCF Head Office supports its franchises with national marketing and advertising and all leads are passed straight onto the franchisees to follow up.  If you join our team, your first training session will be on Marketing Training, including understanding the market and how best to target your marketing efforts.

We get enquiries from schools and parents every day in different areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane. Contact us for opportunities in your area!

What if I have not run a business before?

To take on an LCF franchise, it is not essential to have run your own business before.  However, we do look for highly organised, passionate individuals, who are self-motivated and willing to learn and grow.

How much does an LCF Franchise cost?

The cost of the franchise can vary depending on which language courses you wish to teach.  However, the cost of an LCF Franchise can start at as little as AUS $6000 + gst.

What age range do the LCF materials cover?

2 - 5 year-olds and 5 – 12 year-olds.  We also have language courses for adults.
